• “Client”, “you”, “your” – Any person or entity who uses our website or engages our services.
• “Services” – All design, creative, web development, and related offerings provided by DesignB Creative Studio.
• “Website” – The domain designbcreativestudio.co.za and all its content.

We offer graphic design, website design, and related creative services. All work is carried out according to the agreed project scope, quotation, and timeline discussed with the client.

• Quotes are valid for 14 days from the date of issue.
• Work will commence only after written acceptance of the quote and payment of any required deposit.
• Unless otherwise agreed, 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the balance payable before final delivery.
• Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except where required by law.
• All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR).

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete project details.
• Supply all required content, images, and materials in the agreed format and timeframe.
• Approve or request changes within the agreed review periods to avoid project delays.

• All original designs, code, and creative work remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
• Upon final payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final deliverables for their intended purpose.
• We reserve the right to display completed projects in our portfolio and marketing unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• You are responsible for obtaining any required permissions for third-party materials you supply to us.

• The agreed number of revisions will be specified in the project quote. Additional changes beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
• Significant alterations to the project brief after commencement may require a revised quote and timeline.

If we provide hosting or maintenance services:

• We are not responsible for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers or factors beyond our control.

We will not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or website.
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
• Errors or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

Our total liability will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the services in question.

We may recommend or use third-party tools, plugins, or services as part of your project. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or licensing terms of third-party products.

Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Either party may terminate a project in writing. In such cases:

• You will be invoiced for all work completed up to the termination date.
• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
